Children’s Ministry (Pre-K through 6th Grade) is designed to lay a strong foundation of faith and biblical knowledge in the hearts of young children. It provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn about God’s love, grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, and build meaningful connections with others.

The importance of a relationship with Jesus Christ for a child is:
    •    Spiritual Foundation: Teaching children about Jesus at a young age helps them develop a solid faith that will guide them throughout life.
    •    Identity in Christ: Helps children understand their worth and purpose as children of God.
    •    Moral and Character Development: Instills biblical values and principles that shape their choices and behavior.
    •    Hope and Peace: Provides comfort and assurance in times of uncertainty or fear.

The importance of building relationships with other children is:
    •    Fellowship and Friendship: Creates a sense of belonging and community within the church.
    •    Encouragement and Support: Helps children support and encourage one another in their faith journey.
    •    Social and Emotional Growth: Teaches teamwork, kindness, and compassion through shared experiences.
    •    Positive Role Models: Provides opportunities to learn from older peers and leaders who reflect Christ’s love.

By fostering a love for Jesus and encouraging friendships with other believers, Children’s Ministry helps establish a lifelong foundation of faith and community.
